Cylinder Alnico Rod Magnets LNG44 Grade Used for Electronic Products

Rod Alnico Magnets are made primarily from aluminum, nickel, cobalt, copper, iron and sometimes titanium. There are cast or sintered Alnico magnet due to different process craft .The common grade is AlNiCo 5 and AlNiCo 8.

The Advange of Cast Alnico magnet: They have stable temperature coefficient and great for heat applications. The working temperature can reach 550-600 °C.

The Shortage: But they are hard and brittle, not easily to conventional machining.
