Strong Disc Neodymium magnet is one of the highest property and strongest permanent magnet by now, are made through powder metallurgy manufacturing techniques.
They are mainly composed of neodymium(32%), iron(64%), boron(1%), and a few quantity rare earth material, such as Dy, Tb, Co, Nb, Ga, Al, Cu,etc.
Neodymium magnet is regarded as “Magnet King” due to its recorded high remanence, coercive force and maximum energy product. With Neodymium magnet rapid development, many high-tech products were developed. Especially its application in motors makes products miniaturization and micromation.

★ Operation Instructions:
Strong magnets have the character of hardness and brittleness. After the magnetization, it’s magnetic attraction is big as 60times as the its own weight. So the Neodymium magnet must be picked up carefully and gently during assemble process and kept away from iron ware to avoid mutually attracting, causing chips and cracks or other damage to the magnet. For the bigger size, the personal safety and self-protection are more important. it’ll hurt operators in case that two strongly magnetized slices firmly attract unexpectedly. You can use machine equipments just like bolt or stick craft to assembly and fasten them.
