 Processing process:


First: the previous process


Ingredients - Smelting - Throwing tape - Milling - Sintering (blank)


(1) Ingredients: some mineral powder with hard magnetic characteristics is pressed together.


(2) Smelting: NdFeB Magnet melting ingot making equipment, including equipment box, ingot box melting tank equipment box top oblique installation inlet, under the feeding port is provided with a melting tank melting tank both sides are rotated connected to the second and cylinder, the inner wall of the bottom of the equipment box is installed with a casting ingot box ingot box with a blower on one side, the ingot box is provided with a fixture directly above the ingot box, the fixture is connected to the 1A cylinder, the first cylinder is connected to the stepper motor through the base, and the output shaft of the stepper motor is connected to the gear mounted on the crossbar; The high degree of automation of the smelting ingot making equipment improves the work efficiency; Set up a cooling channel through a blower to keep the forming tank at a low temperature state, so that the ingot box is made. (4) Powdering: powder metallurgy method usually used in the preparation process of rare earth magnet alloys. This method is used to produce alloy ingots. ndfeb magnet powder powder is divided into coarse, medium and fine three processes, and the particle size required for powder making is 3~5um. Rare earth magnet metals are easily oxidized, such as Smz03, Nd203, etc.


(5) Sintering: sintering process, the formed NdFeB magnet is placed in the sintering furnace, and after vacuuming, the temperature is raised to 750-850 °C after 150180 minutes, and the heat is kept for 20-40 minutes: after 60-70 minutes to 1000-1050 °C, the heat is kept for 10-30 minutes; After 0-10 minutes, the temperature is raised to 1050-1100 °C, and the heat is kept for 300-350 minutes; In the filling of inert gas cooling to obtain sintered NdFeB magnet The present invention adopts stepped heating pre-firing to make the temperature gradient outside and center of the magnet smaller, improve the performance and qualification rate of the magnet after sintering, use the method of gas quenching and natural cooling, through the temperature in the furnace to achieve the tempering of the NdFeB compact, to achieve the purpose of energy saving: at the same time, in the heating and insulation process, the use of inert gas convection, so that the gas released during the sintering process, volatile substances are taken out by the inert gas during vacuuming, and the compactor is protected from oxidation
